10 Creative 2 Person Yoga Poses for a Fun and Challenging Workout

Stand side by side with your partner. Start to shift your weight onto your left leg as you lift your right leg up and out to the side. Your partner does the same on their right side. Reach your inside arm up towards the ceiling and hold onto your partner’s hand. This pose strengthens your legs and improves your balance.

Stand facing your partner with your feet wide apart. Turn your left foot out and your right foot in. Reach your left hand towards your left ankle and your right arm up towards the ceiling. Your partner does the same on their right side. This pose stretches your hamstrings and hips.

Stand facing your partner and hold onto their wrists. As you exhale, fold forward, keeping your knees bent as much as needed. Your partner does the same, coming into a forward fold in front of you. This pose stretches your hamstrings and releases tension in your spine.

Lie on your back with your legs up towards the ceiling. Your partner stands at your feet and holds onto your ankles. As you exhale, lift your hips up off the ground and come into shoulderstand. Your partner can hold onto your hips to help steady you. This pose improves circulation and relieves stress.
